Michelle only looked after Ellie for one morning session but I was very concerned about her as she wasn’t eating, most unlike her. Michelle was very supportive as always and kept me updated. Later when I returned home Ellie’s food remained untouched but Michelle remained kind and supportive via text as I conveyed my concerns over her wellbeing, reassuring me I was doing the right thing by attempting to get her a vet’s appointment asap. Thank you Michelle for your kind loving support extended towards Ellie and also myself as her owner xx

Michelle has been so kind to my cat Ellie who was poorly just over a week ago when I left her in her capable hands, giving her the necessary reassurance and TLC she needed. She has sent me photos and videos from which I could hear that she was gradually getting her miaow back albeit that it was a little hoarse. Thank you so much Michelle for going beyond the call of duty to give my little Ellie lots of affection, cuddles and kindness whilst I was away. I wouldn’t use anyone else and am always so grateful when she is able to cat sit.

I had to take my cat Ellie to the vets the morning I was due to go away for a week and was told she had a chest infection and she was given a 2 week lasting antibiotic injection. Michelle has been updating me daily as I was so worried about my Ellie, sending me photos and videos and lots of reassurance that she has been eating well and gradually improving. I was very reluctant to leave her but I know she is in safe hands with Michelle and I am always very grateful when she is able to look after Ellie.

Michelle was a lovely and reliable cat sitter. She sent regular photo updates, which gave us peace of mind while we were away, and offered helpful advice when our cat started peeing on the sofa. We really appreciated her care and expertise!

Ellie began to suffer separation anxiety when she saw my Granddaughter and I getting ready to go out for the day but as usual Michelle stepped in later on in the day to give her the cuddles and reassurance she needed. Thank you again Michelle for being there when we needed you.
